Definitions

Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include companies with a Wheel City Auto name.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include third-party financing sources and lenders.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners can include third-party financing sources and lenders.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers Wheel City Auto Finance Centers treatment of personally identifiable information that Wheel City collects when you are on the Wheel City’s site, and when you use Wheel City’s services. This policy also covers Wheel City’s treatment of any personally identifiable information that Wheel City’s business partners share with Wheel City’s. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Wheel City does not own or control, or to people that Wheel City does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

Wheel City collects personally identifiable information when you visit Wheel City’s pages. When you register with Wheel City, we ask for your name, email address, address, zip code, phone number. Once you register with Wheel City and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Wheel City also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Wheel City will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
